Participants will explore AI’s possibilities, apply legal and regulatory frameworks and strengthen technical fluency—preparing them to lead responsibly and shape the future of innovation. No prior AI experience is required.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, UCO at Santa Fe Plaza. A hands-on introduction to Lean Six Sigma principles, tools and techniques. Participants will learn to apply the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) framework to identify improvements, streamline processes and advance organizational excellence.
- Career Advantage, time options between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Nov. 13, UCO at Santa Fe Plaza. Participants will learn skills that distinguish leaders. Through six interactive in-person workshops, participants will strengthen their communication, teamwork and leadership abilities while gaining practical tools.
