UCO Musical Theatre Presents ‘Tuck Everlasting,’ April 23-26
April 9, 2026

The University of Central Oklahoma’s musical theatre program will present “Tuck Everlasting” at 7:30 p.m., April 23-25, and 2 p.m., April 26, in Mitchell Hall Theatre on Central’s campus.
Based on the novel by Natalie Babbitt, “Tuck Everlasting” tells the story of young Winnie Foster and her chance encounter with the mysterious Tuck family, who are hiding a magical secret. As Winnie is drawn into their world, she must make a profound choice between an ordinary life and an extraordinary eternity.
“This show invites audiences to reflect on what it means to truly live,” said Erin Clemons, artist-in-residence in musical theatre at UCO and the production’s director.
“Through its music and storytelling, ‘Tuck Everlasting’ explores themes of family, freedom and the value of time in a way that is both heartfelt and thought-provoking.”
The production features a soaring score and showcases the talents of UCO’s nationally recognized musical theatre program. Audiences can expect an evening filled with memorable music, engaging performances and a touching story about life, choice and connection.
Tickets range from $15-$40 and students receive one free ticket with a valid UCO ID. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit BronchoArts.com or call 405-974-3375.
Due to mild thematic elements, including death and loss, the production is rated PG.
