UCO Hosts College Fair for Interested High School Students, Sept. 13

The University of Central Oklahoma, along with more than three dozen colleges and universities from across Oklahoma and surrounding states, will participate in the Central Oklahoma College Night from 3-5:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 13, in Hamilton Field House, located on Central’s campus. The event is free and open to the public.
The college fair, hosted by UCO’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions, will provide attendees the opportunity to meet with college and university representatives to learn more about college admissions, financial aid, scholarships, housing and degree programs. All students and adults interested in learning about options for their future are encouraged to register.
“The future is full of possibilities, and finding the right college can be the exciting first step toward turning those possibilities into a reality,” said Jancy Scott, senior director of recruitment and admissions at Central.
“Central Oklahoma College Night provides students and families with the opportunity to explore, ask questions and discover the right fit for them. We’re excited to welcome the community to UCO and help students take that next step with confidence.”
The event is open to high school sophomores, juniors and seniors, as well as their families and any member of the community with an interest in higher education. Those interested are required to preregister.
UCO is now accepting applications for admission for the 2027 fall semester. Incoming freshmen and transfer students will automatically be awarded academic scholarships, subject to eligibility, upon submission of a completed online application and all admissions-related documents by Feb. 1, 2027.
