UCO Degree Programs Ranked Among Oklahoma’s Best by Research.com

The University of Central Oklahoma recently earned recognition for several programs on Research.com’s 2026 top program lists in Oklahoma, with UCO’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) and accounting programs both ranking among the state’s top 10.

Central was also recognized as one of the state’s best programs in nursing and psychology, highlighting UCO’s commitment to providing high-quality, career-focused education across a variety of disciplines.

The rankings are based on data from the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), Peterson’s, the College Scorecard and the National Center for Education Statistics. Each program evaluated was ranked across key areas, including cost, student outcomes, academic quality, research and campus life.

UCO offers 121 undergraduate, 80 graduate and two doctoral programs to its more than 12,000 students from its main campus in Edmond, Oklahoma, and its facilities throughout the Oklahoma City metro. The university is governed by the Regional University System of Oklahoma and accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. UCO also holds dozens of specialized national accreditations for its colleges, schools, departments and programs.
