UCO College of Business Names 2025-26 Leadership Program Class
Nov. 21, 2025
The University of Central Oklahoma College of Business recently named 30 students to the 2025-26 Broncho Business Leaders, also known as 2B Leaders, leadership development program.
Participants were chosen through a competitive application and evaluation process based on academic excellence and a demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth.
"I am continually impressed by the Broncho Business Leader students and their development within the program," said Holly Osburn, Ph.D., professor and chairperson of the Department of Management and co-director of 2BLeaders.
"The students who enter this program leave as even better versions of themselves, and it is so rewarding to be a part of that. It is the effort and energy from the students that make this the college's premier flagship program."
The 2BLeaders program is a two-year experience designed to prepare students to become workforce-ready professionals and positive change agents in their communities. Participants may earn a minor in business leadership while completing specialized coursework, interning in their field, working with professional mentors and engaging in study abroad opportunities.
Applications open each spring, with the new cohort beginning the following fall semester. Admission is highly selective, reflecting the premier level of leadership development offered within the College of Business.
Admission is open to declared College of Business majors who are enrolled full time, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and have completed at least 60 credit hours. Students must also have a strong desire to lead.
